During each project, SimulTrans builds a database of human translations that allows us to identify previously translated text segments.
When you make revisions, you do not need to extract the updated content and send it separately. We reuse the previous translations, reducing cost, accelerating schedules, and increasing consistency.
SimulTracker links directly with our translation memory tools.
SimulTracker provides a wide array of customizable business intelligence reports, allowing you to easily analyze your translation volume and costs.
For example, you can generate a report of invoiced projects, sorted by requester, or a summary of all translation costs per language per year. Translation memory savings will be compiled and highlighted, allowing you to visualize return on investment.
We are happy to customize the portal to meet your needs, adding dashboards and reports to track your KPIs and help you achieve them.
In cases where you work with in-country reviewers, we can manage the review process directly through SimulTracker workflows. This tool will reduce your administrative burden and the time required to manage reviews.
Reviewers receive automatic notifications when translations are available for them. They can log in to review the translations online, viewing the source and translated text side-by-side.
By customizing workflows and permissions, you can determine which
projects are routed to reviewers or can make this option available on a
case-by-case basis.
SimulTracker provides an API through which we can link directly to your source code control system or content management system to start projects and deliver translations.
The API provides access via push-pull REST function calls and JSON output.
