Andreas Merten

Andreas studied Geography and Roman Languages in Germany at the “Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelm-Universität Bonn” and in Italy at “Università di Bologna”. He has been in localization since 1998. With nearly 20 years’ experience, starting first as an Italian proofreader, then moving to a localization support, IT, and localization engineer, Andreas has a deep knowledge of the localization industry. His main expertise is localization engineering, IT, and he has developed great expertise in Terminology Management. Andreas works at SimulTrans’ Bonn office in Germany. He likes to travel, preferably as a musician in a touring band.
