SimulTrans' existing customers often submit files for translation  through our Localization Vault, WorldServer, or other workflow systems.   Please let us know if you are having difficulties logging in to those  applications or if you have questions about how they can be used as an  integral part of your localization process.

Prospective new clients often need to get files to SimulTrans quickly  in order to have a proposal created.  For those circumstances, we work  with Box to provide a fast and secure method for file uploads.  To  upload a file, please use the form to the right.

If you have multiple files, we recommend creating a Zip file containing all the folders and files you need translated:

  • Using Mac OS X, in the Finder, select the folders and/or files you  wish to include, right click, and select the "Compress x Items" command.
  •
  • Using Windows, in the File Explorer select the files you wish to include, click on the "Share" tab, then click "Zip."
  •
  • Alternatively you may use a commercial utility like WinZip or Stuffit to create a Zip file or other archive.
  •
  • Or, feel free to upload your files individually.  After you have uploaded one file, click "Upload another file."
  •
Thank you for your interest in working with SimulTrans!
